Box Beats 

We are a dynamic music based fitness class based on boxing through the stress of life, fun fitness for all, set up by two best friends Nicola & Sarah 

Classes are on Mondays & Wednesdays 7-8pm 

Children must be over  8 years old to take part and have a booked space, but we are child friendly and younger children are welcome in the hall.
